Nathan completed his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science, before graduating with a Masters in Applied Science (Exercise Rehabilitation) at Victoria University. He also holds a current Senior First Aid/CPR certificates. Nathan has also completed several health coaching courses, short courses for the management or prevention of diabetes and Osteocise a program aimed at the prevention of Osteoporosis.



Nathan has worked in the health industry for over a decade. He has worked in corporate health, private practice as a personal trainer and Exercise Physiologist and within hospital and community health settings. Currently Nathan splits his time between private practice and community health where he is involved with cardiac rehabilitation, weight management programs and falls prevention programs. He has also worked with the Melbourne Storms Development Squad.
