According to a recent article published in the Journal of the American Medical Association June 2016, inactivity increases your risks of breast cancer by 11% relative to active people.  Prostate cancer rates increase by 5% in inactive people relative to active people and lung caner risks increase by 35% in inactive individuals compared to active individuals.

 

In short, you reduce your risks of cancer by just moving a little more!
